The Revit Project Manager (PM) / Project Architect (PA) is responsible for all phases of the project process from project kick-off through to project delivery on projects using Autodesk Revit software. Project Managers / Architects will handle all communication and coordination with clients and other sub-consultants. The PM / PA is also responsible for preparing budget estimates and schedules for each project. The PM / PA must have a proven ability to prepare and deliver quality construction documents. The core mission is to complete projects on-time and under budget while maintaining client satisfaction. These PM / PA positions have great earning potential for highly motivated and hard working individuals.

Job Description

  1. Attend project kick-off / project delivery meetings
  2. Coordinate all production work on the project
  3. Handle all communication between RCMS and the client
  4. Understand and anticipate client needs
  5. Prepare budget estimates for new projects
  6. Prepare project schedules and insure that all projects stay on schedule and under budget
  7. Maintain monthly billing numbers
  8. Manage CAD staff both in the US and overseas
  9. Have the ability to step in and do CAD production work where necessary
  10. Prepare complete, accurate, detailed reports within established timelines: customer reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, and special reports as requested.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree
  2. Preference of five to ten years professional experience managing the creation and coordination of architectural construction documents
  3. At least 3 years experience using Autodesk Revit software to prepare construction documents.
  4. Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate
  5. Ability to prepare project budgets and hours estimates
  6. Ability to create and adhere to project schedules
  7. Strong computer skills are necessary to manage assigned duties. These include, but are not limited to, the Windows environment, project management software (eProject.com), word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
