Job Summary

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for managing RCMS Group marketing communication and demand generation programs from end to end, including developing program plans and budget, managing vendors, executing program tactics and analyzing and reporting on program results. This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales teams to plan, implement and track the effectiveness of RCMS Group marketing activities. The successful candidate for this role will combine a marketing background with creative, analytical, project management skills and internet/web knowledge.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  1. Program and Project Management
    -
    Write and develop integrated marketing communication plans and roadmaps.
    - Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. Identify and prioritize campaign deliverables, project requirements, milestones and task dependencies.
    - Execute campaign tactics including direct marketing, online and print advertising, webinars, seminars and tradeshows.

  2. Manage vendors to ensure timely completion of projects within their budget.

    - Manage the expenditures of all marketing dollars within scope of job.
    - Develop detailed program budgets, generate P.O.s, track expenditures, reconcile
    costs, and report routinely.

  3. Messaging

    - Understand RCMS Group messaging and design materials and all external communications to ensure consistent and compelling message delivery.
    - Work with other team members to drive consistent messages in all communications.
    Reporting and Analytics
    - Maintain campaign metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs.

  4. Web
    - Play a lead role in managing and renovating our corporate web site.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills
A successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience:

- Strong project management skills and ability to take projects from inception to completion, including identifying project requirements, setting milestones, assigning vendor tasks, and managing budgets.

- Experience producing a wide range of marketing deliverables, including email, print, web, direct marketing, and sales materials.

- Solid understanding of marketing communication strategies, including post-program deliverables, measurable metrics, and program/campaign analysis.

- Detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven person with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and flexible enough to adjust to changing priorities.

- Extensive experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com/SugarCRM a plus.

- Creativity a plus - experience in developing creative concepts and creating/managing unique and compelling graphic design.

- Samples of programs, project management and metrics appreciated (for interviews only please).

Education and Work Experience

- 3+ years direct marketing or marketing communications experience in the technology business-to-business arena.
- BS or BA
