KP Reddy - President & CEO
KP Reddy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of RCMS Group. A nationally recognized expert on construction technologies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), he is a sought-after speaker and industry advisor. Before founding RCMS Group, KP was Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer for Verso Technologies (NASDAQ). While at Verso, he was involved with nearly a dozen mergers and acquisitions of technology companies. Prior to Verso, KP served as Chief Technology Officer of Cereus Technology Partners, which he founded in 1997, and acted as President and CEO until its acquisition in 1999. During his tenure at both Cereus and Verso, KP was deeply involved in technology projects which included software development and data management.
A second generation Civil Engineer, KP grew up in the family owned Design-Build firm of K.P. Reddy and Associates Pvt. Ltd. (India), a firm that his father started in India after an extensive career in the U.S. He began his career as a Project Engineer and Business Development Manager for Law Engineering and Environmental Services (now Mactec).
KP is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is an active Alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology, serves as a Mentor Member for The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) Atlanta, is an advisory board member for Midtown Bank & Trust, and serves on the board of directors for several privately held companies. KP also serves on the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) BIM Task Force.

Tony McGaughey - Director of Operations
Tony McGaughey is the Director of Operations for RCMS Group. Tony is responsible for all production resources including CAD as well as 3D materials production. He also serves as the key production liaison with the RCMS teams located abroad.
Previously with Pinnacle Engineering, a full service engineering firm, Tony managed projects which included the coordination of design team consultants, local utility agencies and governmental agency requirements. Tony has almost a decade of experience in state, local and private sector engineering.
Tony's career began at United Parcel Service (UPS) where he was responsible for the Delivery Information Department which consisted of more than 150 employees, including supervisors and hourly staff. He was also part of the internal team which helped UPS to develop and implement their new package tracking software. Tony is an Atlanta native and a graduate of Georgia State University.
