In education construction, a critical element to consider is transparency of publicly funded bond measures. For example, dual-classroom building projects for the SDCCD (San Diego Community College District), www.sdccd.edu, San Diego, Calif., were funded as part of Propositions S and N construction bond program.

The projects were the bond program’s first to fully use BIM (building information modeling).
