Technology can be a powerful tool for helping improve any process in your business today. However, good technology is only part of the process. It is critical to always be viewing the success of technology just as much by the people and processes you put around a solution as the solution itself.
Let's use the adoption of BIM (building information modeling) as an example. By true definition, BIM is not technology, but rather it is a process enabled, in part, by the proper software.
