Tony McGaughey is the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations for RCMS Group. In this role Tony is responsible for all back-end sales support, collateral and sales processes in addition to managing all marketing efforts.
Previously with Pinnacle Engineering, a full service engineering firm, Tony managed projects which included the coordination of design team consultants, local utility agencies and governmental agency requirements. Tony has almost a decade of experience in state, local and private sector engineering.
Tony's career began at United Parcel Service (UPS) where he was responsible for the Delivery Information Department which consisted of more than 150 employees, including supervisors and hourly staff. He was also part of the internal team which helped UPS to develop and implement their new package tracking software. Tony is an Atlanta native and a graduate of Georgia State University.
