Project Manager
Loc Tran currently serves as a Project Manager for RCMS Group. In this position, he is responsible for the following:
- Project management execution including quality assurance, team development, information distribution, and daily management of the project team
- Schedule and execute stakeholder communications including those involving work progress, risks, requests for information, changes requests, issue resolution and project closeout
- Review and provide proposals for RFP’s
Mr. Tran has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience ranges from designing connections for high rise structures to overseeing the construction of an out-patient hospital.
